really liked it

Sharp prose and great story

Witch Blade is well-woven paranormal tapestry that wraps itself around strong characters and an excellent plot. Lori, the main protagonist, is superbly written, a damaged and violated victim, masquerading as a tough survivor. She overplays her strengths and her persistence and mission land her in more and more trouble.
Krake's world building has a light touch which colours the tapestry just enough to leave the story rolling along and the pages turning.
Well worth a read.
