Dorothy Day, as a longtime personal hero of mine, rang true in every word. Though the book lacks a central "plot," her austere and cut-through recollections of the journey of her life until the cusp of the Catholic Workers Movement are breathtaking to behold. For every wanderer in literal or spiritual senses, this is a must-read.
