Done reading CLOCKWORK ANGEL - Book 1 in The Infernal Devices Trilogy. If Hunger Games is the dystopian love triangle, this book stands as the YA Fantasy version of Peeta, Katniss and Gale told in third person perspective in past tenses.

Tessa is a shapeshifter who looks for her brother. Then, she meets Will and Jem. They are best friends who are also shadowhunters - a band of demon hunters. Surprisingly, the story is not as great as I expected it. My expectation is either probably high right before hand or I haven't seen enough yet. The dialogues are consistently deep and insightful, however. These dialogues shape each character well - well enough to make me realize "It's all right to love someone who doesn't love you back, as long as they're worth you loving them. As long as they deserve it (page 307)."

Book 2 is next, oh man. History says I often have problems with sequels. Hope this delivers.
