This was a really interesting book about Jackie Kennedy's years in the White House as told by the Secret Service Agent assigned to protect her. He was the agent you see in the famous photographs, the one that jumps on the back of the car after Kennedy was shot and is hovering over the Kennedy's as the car races to the hospital. His first-hand account of JFK's assination, being at the hospital, taking the president's body from Dallas back to DC, and the funeral, were really very moving. This book is a kind and loving tribute to Mrs. Kennedy by someone who obviously has a great deal of love, respect, and admiration for her.
