Thank you for the cookbook Janie. I loved the desserts. I will be making the luncheon loaf for a baby shower next month. My friends want to try some of your Amish-style cookie recipes! The creamcheese mints look yummy too. Can I put them in a rose mold? Can they be frozen? I will probably make these for the party as well.

PS. Is there anything you can't do? ;)

You chef, you build, you write!

Thanks again, Jacqueline

Janie Pendleton There are two mints recipes in the book Jacqueline, try using the one for the party with the Kyro Syrup. They both freeze well. But the creamcheese mints may taste better, but they will not hold a shape when thawed as well as the Kyro Syrup recipe. This is why I have them both in the book. My children love the creamcheese mints, as they are tasty and easy to make. Use any color to dye them!

Have fun at the party!
