This book is about Yoon and her family moving to the United States. The teacher encourages her to write her name but in English, she feels that her name is too boxy and ugly. In Korean, her letters of her name dance together and create what her name really is supposed to look like. Instead, Yoon writes cat or dog because she doesn't like how her name looks like in English.

It is a great book to read to kindergarten through 4th grade to begin the conversation of foreign students and how to accept their home languages.
