really liked it

One my favorite business books.

Some things I learned:

1. There are 2 type of companies. Time tellers and Clock builders. Time tellers look only at the present time, and Clock builders build a system that will tell the time for generations.

2. Companies with hot-shot celebrity-like CEO's (ex. Steve Jobs) are time tellers, once that CEO leaves, there is no clock built to make it last.

3. All visionary companies do NOT start with one great idea. Sony started out selling rice-cookers, and now, well...

4. Find the right people before the right idea.
