Really don't like the cover but I really liked the book. Lots of angst works perfectly for me. It was a pleasure to read. Even the stammering didn't irritate and that's quite an achievement because I don't like reading accents throughout a story, but I loved Wes- Albert. I did get annoyed that he didn't sort himself out sooner but you know, I have no experience of addiction, fortunately, and it's hard for addicts to see how far they've fallen. I see that the part with the nephew has upset some readers. Sadly things like that happened. I don't think it detracted one bit from this tale. It was very well written and I'd certainly read more by this author.
