Amazing storyline! Great plot. The drawings were less inspiring than previous books.
***Spoilers Ahead***
The plot starts slow, with the kidnapping of a little boy Daniel. His mother, feeling sad about the disappearance of her little boy, tries to do everything to get him back.
Delirium is looking for her dog. A neighbour is looking for a present that her grandmother had left for her in Britain before she died. Everyone is looking for something.
While looking for her boy, the mother goes into a house that has two sisters. She becomes the trinity of evil that aims at destroying the dreaming world.
In the end, they destroy our Sandman, only to see him being reborn in the little boy Daniel. That was the path of destiny. The dreamer can't be killed, and he will return through the face of those that we least expect.
