I decided to read this book because I had finished the first one, Monster High, and had an undying urge to read the next sequal. In a brief summary of the book, Melody has successfully gotten the RADs out of the spotlight of every news channel in Salem, Oregan and kept Brett's over-bearing ex-girlfriend, Bekka from publishing the video of Jackson, but now there's another mission to complete. Frankie and Brett want to show the world that RADs aren't dangerous, which will be hard seeing as how Cleo is constantly begging for attention with her Egyptian histery, Teen Vogue photo shoot. My favorite quote from the book came from Melody when Brett was informing all of the RADs of the news documentary about them, but when the dates of Cleo's photo shoot and the documentary clashed, Cleo wanted to leave with her friends but Melody told her this: "That photo shoot may be about [Cleo] history, but this documentary is about [Cleo] future..." I love this quote because it shows that just because Melody is a normie(human), doesn't mean that (like everyone else) she's scared to stand up against what Cleo wants. It's very unique that when a character texts, a page in the book is taken up by a picture of an iPhone that shows what the character was texting. I would recommend this book to someone who read the first book and liked it.
