After the murder of his entire family, a toddler wanders into a graveyard where the ghosts and other supernatural residents agree to raise him as one of their own. They name him Nobody Owens, Bod for short. He is a normal boy except for the fact that he is raised and educated by ghosts! His guardian, Silas, belongs to neither the world of the living nor of the dead. This book is filled with adventure, and danger, ingenuity and loyalty. I loved this book and couldn't put it down. The characters are quirky and full of personality and it is full of strangeness...definitely a fun book to read. I loved the ending!
Read it a second time and still loved it. I had forgotten a lot of the story so I was still surprised by the "dark side" of the book. I love the thought that life is for living and there is so much to experience and why not live and enjoy!!
