I rarely cry when I read books. Actually, I never have. But this book hit me hard because of the author's way of words with the main character's emotions. I find Taylor's personality (especially the running-away-from-problems) so similar to mine that I can definitely relate the way she acts throughout the book.
I love every part of this book. The cover, the location, the characters; I love Henry and his sweet goods. I love the beach house and the dock. I love Taylor's dad and his puns. I love Warren and his weird facts. I even love cute Murphy and his interaction with the rest of the family.

Ever since I read Amy and Roger's Epic Detour, Morgan Matson has weaved her way as one of my favorite authors and I'm looking forward to more of her novels.
