Julie Christine This was a beautiful, funny-sweet, humane book & one I think you would really appreciate. I get exhausted thinking about all I must read in this life ;) Including Chatwin's book on Patagonia...

Kristine Gosh I read this back in the early 90's along with In Patagonia. both are excellent as is What Am I Doing Here?

I think I'm going to have to re-read these and pick up some of his other books. I'm going to start a Need to Read Again shelf:)

I also read his biography. He died too young.

Heather Fineisen I just picked this up at Goodwill for 50 cents and am way excited!
