it was ok

** spoiler alert ** my ship sank faster than the literal titanic and I just want to know what gave Louisa May Alcott the right

Laurie was MEANT for Jo, and what I thought was so inconsiderate was Laurie’s reaction to Jo’s letter when she mentioned that Beth was getting iller by the day and she can’t think of love at the moment. Instead of giving Jo the space she needed as she aided Beth until the end, Laurie really went out here and decided kk Amy can replace her because CLEARLY she doesn’t love me and if I can’t have one sister another will do when in actuality she did have feelings but was preoccupied with her literal sister dying. It just seemed so un-Laurie like?

I think this was evident when her mom mentioned that if Laurie were to ask for her now - after Beth passed away - Jo said she WOULDN’T SAY NO!!

OF ALL PEOPLE FOR JO A RANDOM PROFESSOR? REALLY LOUISA ALCOTT REALLY?!

okay so I think that’s enough classical reading for a while I am not looking forward to my ship sinking on the movie screen.
