White Fragility: Why It’s So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism

This was so insightful. It is the conversation I've needed to have and the challenges I've needed to hear.
DiAngelo doesn't let anyone off the hook, including herself. She is smart, open, and speaks about racism for her job but still doesn't purport to understand everything or get everything right. In fact, I was encouraged more by this book to listen more than speak and learned how to enter into conversations with humility and honesty. I can get it wrong and the world doesn't end. I can respect another person's perspective without needing to validate my own.
So much good in this book. I want all my friends and family to read it. I will probably re-read this book.
