liked it

Walter Mosley is a great writer, but I definitely preferred his character, Easy Rawlins, to the main character in this book. I never really sympathized with the character, and every time I thought he was changing or digging deeper, it didn't happen. Like all Mosley's book, very explicit scenes, so not for everyone. I picked this up because it was the book of the month for my library's book club, and it was interesting enough, but not exciting.
