it was amazing
bookshelves: ya

I loved this book, especially because of the magic. It's much more of a book about a witch and having special witch powers than about vampires, which I liked. I loved Harry Potter much more than Twilight, and if you're like me, I think you'll love this book too. The main character, Tori, is passionate, smart and talented. When she turns 17, she discovers her incredible power and fears that it will control her rather than her controlling it. That struggle, as much as the intricate plot and surprise twist near the end, kept me turning the pages. I highly recommend it.
