it was amazing
bookshelves: historical-fiction, own-or-access, to-be-re-read, indian, to-read-soon
Read 2 times. Last read January 1, 2004.

Rushdie's writing scintillates. This book's incredibly complex fantasy-realism plot inspired my extended essay, but I liked it less the second time. Nonetheless it remains a favourite.
