it was ok
bookshelves: funny, memoir-biography, nonfiction, audiobooks
Recommended for: waiters who don't mind being talked down to by one of their own
Read in August, 2008

I found The Waiter's tone sometimes hilarious, occasionally preachy and slightly stilted, especially when sharing his brilliant thoughts on how waiters are nightowls who need to learn to save their money with his younger co-workers.

But the book has an interesting premise and gives a great behind-the-scenes glance at restaurant life.
