An easy read. Having read it in less than a day, I feel somewhat like I would feel if I'd eaten a whole box of Oreos in one setting...a bit guilty, but knowing I'd shallowly enjoyed the experience, and feeling a great impetus to return to more healthy habits. This seems to be similar to the feeling Joshua Foer had for having gotten sucked into competitive memorization. The background history on memorization, learning, and education was fascinating, and I appreciated his insight that knowledge requires meditation, contemplation, and analysis.
