it was amazing

I was skeptical about the slightly cheesy over-the-top title of this book. Then I was blown away by the content and the magnificent writing of Christopher McDougall. What a stunner of a book! I loved it from start to finish. It contains a pretty good recollection of the history of the sport of Ultra Running, then their are some good tips and hints about proper running form sprinkled in, but mostly the book lives on a great story that keeps developing until the big showdown in the end. Beautiful stuff. And I can't help but be inspired to run more, explore nature and love the solitude on a good mountain trail. Thanks for this book!
