really liked it
bookshelves: nonfiction, studying, writing-guide

I found this book thoroughly informative, and I will find it thoroughly useful. It is written clearly and engagingly, with examples that are actually easy to understand and exercises that can actually be applied to your own thesis work with little to no effort (at understanding the exercises, not doing them!). Well worth a read no matter what stage of research you're in.
