really liked it

I absolutely got a kick out of Kitchen Confidential! Working as a cook got me through High School and College and Mr. Bourdain nails it to a tee! I can relate to just about every aspect except, perhaps, the life-long career part of it, which I considered as my own career path until getting into the software industry after graduation.

From the military-like jargon which is standard in any commercial kitchen to the honest assessment of the characters involved in any galley, my passion for all things culinary were re-kindled by this book.

Anyone who has any restaurant background will surely enjoy this read, one of my favorites this year!

RIP Tony!
