I don't very much like reading this book because I'm not exactly in the position to implement all the things. Otherwise, that was a great book and a unique methodology that actually make sense. Sometimes authors go very deep in the context which loses my interest.

The book is not very easy to understand if you're not practically involved in business but I'm sure if entrepreneurs read and understood it I'm sure companies would be far more efficient at innovating and better understanding their customers.

This book contains real-world startup examples from the author and other entrepreneurs which really helped me to better understand the lean startup methodology. This book should be a must-read for SAAS business owners.
