Like the previous books in the series, I loved this book. This book was pretty much a case of whodunit. Irene goes back to London where a peace conference between the Dragons and Fae is taking place after the second-in-command Dragon is murdered. Since the Library has always been neutral and never picked sides between the Dragons and Fae, The Library gets to mediate the negotiations, however, it is up to Irene, Vale a representative from the Dragons, and a representative of the Fae to work together to find out who murdered the second-in-command Dragon. I loved seeing how far Irene has come in her career as a librarian, and I also loved how much Kai and Irene have grown together. There were twists and turns in this book, and once it was over I wanted the next book which hasn't been published yet.
