OK, it's really 5 stars, but I have trouble giving that many stars to nonfiction!! This book is fascinating. Not only that, it's very readable and understandable. The author covered quite a few things of which I was already aware, but many things that really made me think. For instance, I think he actually convinced me to stop taking all the vitamins and supplements that I've been taking for almost 8 yrs. since the end of my cancer treatment. It really made me think about inflammation, regular schedules, esp. the sleep aspect of that. Anyone who is a fan of "In Defense of Food" should read this book. And the last chapter should be required reading for anyone who pays taxes, no, check that, it should be required reading for everyone, period.
