Somewhat interesting, but it should have been half its current length, and more tightly edited and crafted. The premise is interesting, and the characters potentially engaging, but their development is over the top and unnecessarily broad, and the story drags out forever. I made it about halfway through the book before I skipped to the end (which I rarely do). When I read the last twenty pages or so, I felt that I hadn't missed anything. That's a bad sign...a well written novel of this sort should keep you at least a little in the dark, and this one did not. It was frustrating for me, because it could have been much better.
