did not like it
bookshelves: children-s

My daughter and I were loving this book. She was even inspired to write about her own random-act-of-kindness experience to send to the publisher. Fortuitously, while she composed her submission, I skipped ahead and saw the piece written by the kid who pretended he still believed in Santa Claus for the sake of his little cousin. So now the book is "lost."

That was a seriously dumb move, Conari Press.

Karen Wow -- incredibly stupid. Reminds me of a book I reviewed a while back, "The Complete Book of Aunts." I thought it was fun and maybe I'd give it to one of my aunt's to read -- until I got to the chapter about incest with aunts! WTF? It was otherwise a light-hearted book about aunts in fiction and movies, but that chapter killed it.

Marissa Morrison That would have been some gift. Ha!
