liked it

This was a good book by a local Cleveland author that came to speak at my library last month. I enjoyed the main characters: Chloe, the English computer programmer that moves to Amish country and Becky and Timothy, Amish brother and sister who have found themselves "outside" of their district.

Tragedy strikes at the very beginning of the book and Chloe finds herself caught in the middle of trying to solve the mystery. All the characters were developed nicely and although I predicted some of the ending, other parts of it surprised me.

I'm looking forward to the other books in this series.
