it was amazing

When educators and environmentalist use a comic in coursework for ecological studies, stand and take note. Not only is this a sweeping epic with one of the most well thought out worlds in fiction, lush backdrops, hieroglyphs and languages, completely plotted history, ecology, and cultural customs of multiple nations, but it fails to take the easy road at every turn. There are no one dimensional characters, and even our heroine strays from her own moral compass. At its heart, I found a deeply compassionate cautionary tale, but I believe everyone coming to it will find something different. Lightyears better than the movie it was foreshortened and child-proofed into, this is worth rereads.
