Peggy was born in Ghana, came to the USA to work as a secretary in the embassy in Washington,D.C., and was voted king after her uncle died. She agreed to help her homeown of 7,000 souls who had no reliable electricity, no running water (only an hour walk to a muddy stream), no ambulances, no high school with people so poor that they couldn't afford elementary school, no bank in town, etc. She did have a council of about 6 old men who cheated the community. This is her story of how she helped and what she did. She had MANY obstacles to overcome.
