it was ok

The beginning of this book was so very interesting with strong Sicily Coyne developing a life for herself despite a disfiguring injury. I found the book so gripping that I would listen, I listened to the audio version, at every opportunity. But, the book should have ended at about the halfway point as the initially well developed characters didn't follow their own personalities as the book become dull and predictable. I finished the book, primarily because it is easy to keep an audio book playing while performing other tasks and I was interested to find out what become of the main character, but was disappointed with the turn the author took after such a strong beginning.
