For anyone who likes Alan Partridge, this is a spot-on development of the character over an impressively substantial book. The authors manage to maintain the character's voice and keep the book funny throughout. However, at the end of it I felt I had had enough of Partridge and the spoof autobiography idea. It was an enjoyable quick read but not all that memorable and I don't expect I'll ever reread it.
