Some of the recipes were okay, but nothing revolutionary that I haven't seen before, and for a nutritionist she sure doesn't include any type of breakdown of the nutritional info. The writing was annoying and terrible. I'm so sick of everyone with a blog getting a book without the basic knowledge and talent of how to write. it's insulting. The whole balance theory is all well and good and I strive for this myself, but I couldn't relate to why she was losing weight in the first place (her wedding) or to the fact that she really wasn't all that big to begin with. I also cringed at the thought of doing any of the suggested workouts. What about exercise for people who hate working out. I'm glad her personal journey worked for her, but it didn't work for me.
