This was recent history and despite following the confirmation pretty closely live I was still shocked reliving all the twists and turns of Judge Kavanaugh's confirmation.

Only Blasey-Ford and Kavanaugh know the truth but I'm sorry I believe Kavanaugh. I think liberals would stop at nothing to prevent anybody Trump appointed getting through and they said as much. They believed if they could stop Kavanaugh that Republicans wouldn't have enough time to get another candidate through and might be able to win control of the Senate and have much more say in the appointment.

I understand a party trying to prevent somebody being put on the Supreme Court that they disagree with politically but to destroy the man and his family is disgusting.

Senator Feinstein sat on the accusation for 6 weeks which is all I need to know that their motivation was simply delay not actually get to the truth. THe other most damning piece of evidence for me that Blasey-Ford is lying or mistaken is that she identified a key witness that was with her at the time of the event and even this life long friend and Democrat said she didn't remember ever even meeting Kavanaugh.

I'm not sure this book will change many opinions but it was well researched and written.
