really liked it

This is a beautiful cookbook. It's full of good advice and amazing recipes, all of which have a number of suggested variations. If I'm in desperate need of some idea for dinner, I go here. Such a fantastic book.

EDIT 26 August 2012. I still think this is a good cookbook---and one with a lot of good advice. However, having tried more recipes out of it, a good number of them are, well, not so great. Some are fantastic, and the book is still lovely for that, and worth having around.
