really liked it
bookshelves: cookbooks, 2012, read-in-a-day

I watch the YouTube channel back in the day and really enjoyed Clara and her stories. This book was that, with even more insights from the Depression and many more great sounding recipes. Clara is a true gem and it was a joy to read about this time in her life, plus take away her practical tips. Scrub your floor instead of go for a jog? Makes sense to me, too, Clara.
