I loved this book! It is the story of Frankie Pratt, born in 1902, and how she goes to Vassar, works in New York and Paris in the Roaring Twenties, and finds romance. What makes the story unique is that is told by means of Frankie's scrapbook - each page is full of pictures and clippings from periodicals of the time, and Frankie's typed notations. It doesn't take very long to read the book, but you will be amazed at how much you learn about Frankie and the time and her feelings without traditional prose.
