Spectacular. This is why I read comics. This is a story of how are choices affect our life. Simple things can have huge effects, like staying an extra day on vacation to meet a girl. But ultimately it is about accepting and being at piece with the choices, and life, you have made.
There is so much to like about this book. The words: poetry, powerful, beautiful. The art: gripping, nuanced, beautiful. To the credit of Fabio Moon and Gabriel Ba the art and words are in perfect harmony. Neither detracts from the other, nor becomes distracting. However, you could read this book twice. Once reading only the words, and a second time only looking at the pictures. Both endeavors would be rewarding. Read this book, then go celebrate life.
