I love Storycorps. I think they are recording oral history in a way that is more personal and more intriguing than ever before. I have found myself hearing little clips of their interviews on my way to work and sobbing in the car. They are amazing.

This book is the print form of their little interview clips that get played on the radio. Each story is about 2 or 3 pages long, accompanied by a photo of the people telling their stories. Some are hilarious, some are really sad and all of them boil the essence of a relationship down to just a little bit of banter.

I am going to aggressively encourage my grandparents to record an interview. This book was a good reminder of that.
