really liked it
bookshelves: time-travel

Time travel. Perversion. The first is a topic of interest and the latter, well, puts everything in a new perspective. Charlotte is a harlot who talks to you like you're a confidante. I greatly enjoyed how she told me about her misadventures. (Hats off to Liz Jensen for giving her an original voice. Note: It does take a while to get used to how Charlotte speaks.) She is fun, witty (street-wise), definitely not your ordinary damsel-in-distress. I would give this book a full five stars if the plot was solid until in the end. However, as with most time travel books, I guess it is hard to tie it all up together - forgivable, yes, though I must admit I was confused with the ending.

It's a chick-lit and a scifi rolled into one. Works for me! :)
Also, my copy is hardbound. I loved it that much!
