I expected this book to contain loads of information about experiences in Paris. I felt that there was no cohesiveness to the structure. I appreciated the stories that revolved around famous literary figures in Paris, especially during the 1920's. I also enjoyed the descriptions of different areas in Paris, and I appreciated the insights on Paris culture. However, there was much extraneous information here which was of no interest to me.
