Wonder is one of those books that is hard to write a review for because you have so many thoughts swirling in your head after you've read it that it's hard to collect them all long enough to get them written down.

Wonder is touching, sad, beautiful and hopeful all in one. This is definitely for a younger crowd, middle-grade, but also for adults like me who really appreciate a great story and memorable characters. Auggie is one of those characters that I'll no doubt remember forever, and it isn't just that he has a messed up face, it's because of how real RJ Palacio wrote him. He's so honest, quirky and authentic that I hope that everyone will read this book just so they can meet him.

Be warned though, you will need to have swift access to tissues because there's a 99.9% chance you will cry.
