So, what did it take to build the most innovative company?
1. Rate ideas either as "fucking shit" or "truly amazing" (nothing in between).
2. Don't be scared to fire, nor tell people that their idea sucks, in front of the entire office.
3. Put the company and its products as your main priority (even above the family).
4. Don't be led by market trends and people's desires. People don't know what they want, so you need to present them your product.
5. You don't need to be a programmer, but someone with a great sense of design.
6. Care about each detail, even the colour of the back part of the laptop case, which will be seen only by the technician.
7. Be a great dreamer, yet a critic.
8. Don't let the past dictate your future.
9. Fight for it till your death and remember that you will die one day.
