A sweet little overview of tea. Written in three parts: Gardens, Water, and Ceremony. It almost exclusively talks about "The Tea" plant, Camellia sinensis and only briefly mentions herbal teas. Every other page is a full colour photo, so there isn't a ton of information packed in here. But I did enjoy it and the recipes look really nice. I'm looking forward to making Tea Drop Candies, Green Tea Salad, and Green Tea and Rose Petal Popsicles.
