it was amazing
bookshelves: books-to-re-read-again

Lovely start to the four book series. Can't wait to spend time with these unforgettable characters.

It's been a while since I read a title from Karen Kingsberry after buying almost every title of the Baxter series I got bogged down around the above the line set.

Returning to the old familiar haunts was a welcome thing. Bailey is a wonderful character and it's unusual to find two equally positioned love interests in Brandon and Cody. Both could be the right match so it's a real question mark hanging over the series right from the first book.

For a book one we certainly got plenty of action. From the title leaving family and home to the two very different 'friends' at either ends of the country the remaining books will be a joy to follow.

I along with many millions of others await with baited breath the conclusion of the bloomington books.

Off to start learning.
