This book told a very intriguing story of a blindness epidemic. It was beautifully written, although quite disturbing. It was an interesting portrayal of society and humanity. It made me think a lot about my senses and how much I perceive with them every day. It also inspired me to practice walking around downtown with my eyes closed in case of sudden blindness. I don't think it helped though, I think I'll be in trouble.

I'd recommend this book to anyone, especially fans of The Stand (aka Kim).

Christina Does everyone go blind at once?? At the fireworks extravaganza????

While walking with my eyes closed I consistently have alignment problems, favoring the right side. Once I tried to figure out what that meant about my brain, but that was fruitless.

Becky I forgot to write in my review that the reason this book intrigued me was because of the conversation we had at the fireworks about what would happen if a firework made everyone who saw it go blind. Haha, that was a great conversation.

This wasn't quite like that. It started off with one guy and then grew from there. It was really interesting, you should read it.
