it was amazing

Sultry mystery of a long-held secret.

It is the torpid summer of '69, and awkward, fair, fat and forty Frances Jellico takes on a live-in project at a dilapidated country house where she is drawn into the lives of glamorous couple, Cara and Peter.

As the heat intensifies so too does the relationship between the three.

Fuller's writing is evocative of a time in suspension and rich with detail.

Luscious, seductive, intense.
