it was ok
bookshelves: read-in-2012

It's not that there are no ideas here, it's just that very few of them benefit from the 400-page treatment. Kahnerman manages to be exhaustingly tendentious when retelling war stories from his glory days as a young researcher and frustratingly hand-wavy when he extends his analysis beyond the lab. Take whatever time you were planning on investing here and split it between Thaler's Nudge and Lehrer's How We Decide. You'll be glad you did.
