"Life is not about avoiding pain, it is about experiencing pain, processing it, learning from it"

It is a delicate line to walk, writing like this. How much can you share, how much can a reader handle at any given time, especially if they have lived through the suicide of a loved one.

The author did a lot of things right with this book. Some was hard to read, some was highlightable and I'll be adding it to my toolbox. I think we all need to read and understand more about suicide, mental illness and survivorship, even if we havent been directly touched by suicide.

My heart goes out to everyone carrying this grief.
